Yes, it’s been 10 months and 7 days, since the last post; so much has happened since we travelled home after the 2015 summer tour.
Here’s a quick catch up from where we left off…

Saturday 25th July 2015
Listen To Me preview party at New Hellfire Club, Glasgow with Josephine Sillars
I remember feeling very nervous about the reaction to the new Sacre Noir video.
There was no need.
As always, the guys at NHC Glasgow were super supportive.
The friends and fans that were at the preview were all super impressed with the video & track.
Josephine played a lovely set which included a cover of Teardrop by Massive Attack and her new single Vincent.

Trio rehearsal @ The Rec Room
We got our guitarist back and had a fab practice session in an industrial estate.

Friday 31st July 2015
Listen To Me launch party at Bannerman’s Bar, Edinburgh with BlackMoon1348 & Aperture
Hosted by Fortune Promotions we had a great night!
Everyone from the video was in full make-up (thanks to our stylist Erin Culley), the merch table had some cakes and paper flowers for the party-goers and there was a huge projection screen in the corner of one of our favourite bars in Edinburgh.

Stephen (MeltedBeetle) our film-maker missed the party as be was spending some time in NYC interviewing and photographing (as you do), so we passed on the affectionate comments from folks via web-messages.
Supports on the night came from local band Aperture and one of our favourite London based doom acts BlackMoon1348 & it was so lovely to have David & Addie in Edinburgh; to enjoy some live music and local sights.
Listen To Me went live online that night and has had fantastic support from both bloggers and radio DJs alike.
Thanks to everyone for their feedback & support!

6th, 9th & 12th August 2015
Sacre Noir @ The Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Famous Grouse House
We’d been kindly invited along to play a few stripped back shows at the lovely outdoors venue during the Edinburgh Fringe Fetsival 2015.
Famous Grouse Whisky installed a pop-up bar on George Street and musical director David Whitmey curated the live music for the duration of the festival at The Famous Grouse House. The staff we fantastic and the atmosphere was amazing. It was a real treat to be involved in such a lovely event & we look forward to it’s return at future festivals.
